Solution
Danfoss' large data foundation was analyzed and statistical models were built that strengthened the understanding of forecast drivers. Through ongoing workshops, it was ensured that the models were applicable in practice, and that insights were continuously linked to Danfoss' concrete business challenges.
Result
The foundation for forecasting has been significantly improved through the solution, which could be put into use immediately. The models have provided increased insight into the business and strengthened Danfoss' ability to work more predictably and efficiently.
