BoligPortal had a strong market position, but lacked insight into the overall market potential and market share across segments. Without this, it was difficult to prioritize efforts and identify customers with untapped potential.

Solution

Data was collected and matched from BoligPortal's own systems, CVR, BBR and Statistics Denmark. A dashboard was delivered with market shares distributed by geography and housing type. The potential calculation was implemented down to the individual B2B customer.

Result

BoligPortal gained a data-driven overview of market potential to target sales efforts. The solution functions as a commercial management tool across markets.

The analysis enabled us to dive into segments with low market share and create targeted strategies for customers with untapped potential. The analysis can be implemented across markets and industries.
