"Inter Primo were on a journey to become more costumer oriented. We had occasionally made costumer surveys in a few countries. We chose Dataminds to support and develop a survey on group level (6 countries). We chose Dataminds because of their capacities like their digital solution with integration in Power BI; a competitive cocktail that fit our needs. Some of the other solutions that we were presented with were more complex and less flexible. We like the fact that we are not locked on one solution and that our data and know-how can be used again later and be integrated in our sales excellence tool box.

The setup in BIG, which is the name of the digital solution, were quick, which I was very impressed about. BIG is user friendly and has given us a good view of countries, segments, and on costumer level during the data collecting and the analysis. On a costumer level we are able to react quickly to both quantitative and qualitative costumer feedback.

The collaboration with Dataminds was a very nice process. Dataminds' consultants were very flexible and competent sparring partners during the whole process."
