Niels has many years of experience with employee and customer satisfaction surveys. This includes the Financial Sector Customer Benchmark, which is one of Denmark's largest customer satisfaction surveys with responses from almost 40,000 private and business customers in a total of 38 financial institutions. As a natural extension of his work with customer and employee satisfaction, Niels also has extensive experience with Churn Analytics, where he uses various Machine Learning techniques to uncover reasons for companies' customer churn. In addition, he also has experience from Asset Management projects in, for example, the utilities sector with a focus on risk assessment and forecasting.
With a background as Cand.Scient (master's degree) in Mathematics and Business Economics from Aarhus University, Niels possesses a natural interest for new topics in mathematics, statistics and machine learning-techniques. He works structured and analytically, and at the same time he puts an effort in creating good, trustful customer relations. Therefore, he is always listening, thorough and well-prepared in his endeavours of delivering value-for-money to his customers.
