Dataminds
As a consultant at Dataminds, Mathias works on data science projects, where he applies his skills to create tailored insights based on Machine Learning and other analytical tools. His focus is primarily on model development in Python, R, and SQL, setting up data flows for data models, and solving various ad hoc tasks within data science. One of Mathias' main priorities is to deliver accurate and reliable data, as this forms the best basis for decision-making. Mathias has been part of Dataminds' journey since May 2024.
Baggrund
Mathias holds a degree in Mathematical Economics (cand.scient.oecon) from Aarhus University, which he completed in the summer of 2021. His education has laid a strong mathematical and statistical foundation in areas including machine learning, deep learning, and optimization algorithms, as well as a solid economic understanding of both micro and macroeconomics. Mathias also has experience as an analyst at Salling Group, where he performed analyses for retail chains such as Bilka, Føtex, Netto, and Salling. His work ranged from evaluating campaign performances to assessing offer compositions and store performance. He also played a crucial role in building the analytical foundation for Salling Group's many loyalty programs.
