Nikolaj Bjørn

Dataminds
Nikolaj started his time at Dataminds as a junior consultant back in late 2019. Since then, he has primarily worked with publicly available data, especially company and accounting data from the CVR register. For this reason, Nikolaj, now as a consultant, is responsible for our clients who operate within auditing and accounting. In addition, he maintains the Revision i Danmark tool, as well as a number of other data products that combine customer data with publicly available data. Nikolaj is a specialist in Power BI, and since joining Dataminds has expanded his financial toolbox with more technical tools, such as SQL and PowerShell.

Background
Nikolaj has a degree in Business Intelligence from Aarhus BSS, and has been a volunteer in the student organisation Aarhus Symposium. His main interest has always been data visualization, and he is not afraid to explore the latest and craziest ideas for graphs and tables. Alongside his work, Nikolaj is active in the Aarhus athletics community, running orienteering races, playing the piano and pedalling his road bike in the summer. He is also a qualified ski instructor and spends most of his holidays either skiing or in the outback around the world.
